The practices are trainers — breath and meditation, carried by video. The player keeps its chrome quiet so the footage and the breath lead. A web player for the cabinet, and a full-bleed trainer for the app where a breathing moon guides the pace.

Quiet chrome over the footage — a soft scrim, one round play, a hairline scrubber that lights as it fills. Pass src for real media; with only a poster it simulates playback so the design reads before footage exists.
In-app trainer · the breathing player
The footage runs full-bleed and dimmed while a breathing moon guides the 4 : 6 : 6 pace — the guidance is the interface. Minimal chrome: a way out, a phase word and count, a hairline of progress. The same instrument the brand opens with, now leading a practice.

Brand-honest placeholders — a low key light, fog, vignette and grain in the lunar monochrome. They stand in for real shot footage; the Capture guide sets how to shoot and how to generate it so it lands exactly like this in the app.
